As a member of the Research team, you will play a pivotal role in early mission critical lead generation projects. You will be empowered through the use of technology software and first-hand training with our Founder to find and validate business leads for our customers. We will provide you specific search parameters and using them as a guide you will be able to deliver daily lead quotas to help fuel our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation - Research the internet for required information
  • Data analysis/entry to existing Leadium databases
  • Lead Enrichment - Research the internet and update information from an existing list

As a member of the Sales Development team, you are essential to growing our customers book of business and driving their immediate Return-on-Investment. You will be the first point of contact on all outbound sales prospects. In this role will also be responsible for onboarding administration of local and international talent. As a recruiter, you will receive support from the HR Director and will work closely with the departments needing talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete candidate lifecycle for both passive and active candidates (from CV presentation to offer or decline)
  • Source candidates utilizing job boards, university partnerships and networking opportunities
  • Perform candidate screens, facilitate phone or in-person interviews, manage logistics for full on-site interview loops, negotiate offers, and perform reference checks

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Proficient in English

  • Clearly convey vital information with customers and coworkers through verbal and written communication

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in email/internet/google suite of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in management of Leadium’s social followers by sharing content appropriate for specific networks like Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter
  • Work alongside other marketers and freelancers to help produce and distribute content
  • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of content to help grow and engage our member base
  • Gaining a strong understanding of Leadium’s audience and translating that knowledge into new and creative content and social campaigns

Requirements:

  • College/Associate degree or working towards it
  • Experience using social networks for marketing purposes, such as content distribution or brand management
  • Strong writing and editing skills, as well as an ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Leadium’s brand
  • An active and well-rounded social media presence
  • An inquisitive, investigative nature about social media and content marketing
  • The ability to multitask and work independently with little guidance
  • Excitement for a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment
